Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need a driving licence?
No driving licence is required for our 25 km/h bikes. For our 45 km/h performance bikes, you'll need a valid two-wheeler licence. You can upload it directly in the app.
How do I pay?
We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, and TerraDrive wallet. You can also pay via net banking. All transactions are secured with bank-grade encryption.
What if the bike breaks down?
End the trip in the app and tap "Report Issue." You won't be charged for time after the breakdown. Our team will reach you within 30 minutes or arrange an alternative bike.
Can I reserve a bike in advance?
Yes! TerraDrive Pro and Elite subscribers can reserve bikes up to 4 hours in advance. Free users can see bike availability and navigate to it, with a 10-minute grace period.
Where can I park the bike?
You can park at any marked TerraDrive zone (shown in green on the map). You can also park at designated public parking. Free-parking zones are available in select cities.
Is there a security deposit?
A refundable deposit of βΉ500 is required when you create your account. It's instantly released if you close your account and have no outstanding dues.
